안녕하세요. 칼럼을 보다가 궁금하게 생겨서 작성합니다.

씀씀이귀개가 토종식물로 알고있는데
다른 타 나라에도 살아가고 있는데
왜 '토종'이라는 단어가 붙는지 궁금합니다.
씀씀이귀개가 우리나라에서 다른 나라로 퍼져나간 것인가요?

그리고 백양더부살이는 우리나라에만 있는 특산식물인 걸로 알고 있는데요.
토종과 특산, 이 두 개의 단어가 다르게 쓰이는 것인지도 궁금합니다.

어떠한 식물에 토종이 붙고, 어떠한 식물에 특산이라는 단어가 붙는 것인가요?
